Empower(ED) is a dynamic social and emotional learning (SEL) program designed specifically for Year 4-6 primary school students to equip them with the confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence needed to navigate the challenges of growing up. Through engaging activities, discussions, and real-world applications, students will develop essential life skills, including self-awareness, decision-making, empathy, and effective communication.

This program fosters a positive and supportive learning environment, helping young people understand their emotions, build strong relationships, and develop a growth mindset. By encouraging students to explore their personal strengths, set meaningful goals, and overcome obstacles, Empower(ED) prepares them for a smooth transition into adolescence with the tools they need to thrive—both in and out of the classroom.
